    Lead Consultant - Outsourcing

    How You'll Make an Impact

    • We are looking for a high-performing Lead Consultant tasked with driving service diversification, aggressive revenue growth, and the strategic expansion of our outsourcing portfolio.
    • You will be the architect behind our service delivery models, moving beyond traditional recruitment to design innovative, diversified outsourcing solutions that dominate the market.
    • Your role is to scale our existing accounts while identifying new revenue channels, ensuring that EISS remains the definitive authority in the outsourcing space.
    • This is a role for a high-performing leader, ideally with a background in FMCG or Manufacturing, who has successfully managed large-scale workforces (500+ staff) and understands the nuances of blue-collar and technical talent management.
    • You will work side-by-side with our Business Development team and lead the outsourcing team to not only acquire new clients but to ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of our entire outsourcing portfolio.

    What You'll Do
    Operational Excellence, Profitability & Sustainability:

    • Own the strategy and execution of all HR generalist functions for (outsourced) staff, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, and Compliance.
    • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary internal team, including the HRBPs, Recruitment Specialists, Payroll Analyst, and Field Recruitment Officers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Operational Synergy: Bridge the gap between recruitment, payroll, and field operations to ensure that every staff member on a client site is supported, paid accurately, and performing at peak.
    • Lead regional mapping and market entry strategies to expand our footprint across new territories.
    • Drive market penetration initiatives to secure a sizable market share and establish EISS as the go-to regional authority for outsourcing.
    • Partner with the Business Development team to identify and acquire high-value clients, ensuring a robust pipeline of new partnerships.

    Outsourcing Portfolio Management:

    • Drive the aggressive expansion and diversification of the outsourcing project portfolio, converting strategic market opportunities into high-value revenue growth and a dominant market presence, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
    • Oversee the generation of management fees and ensure the profitability of all client accounts under your purview.
    • Directly supervise large-scale staff management operations, ensuring peak productivity across all deployed personnel.

    Quality Assurance & Risk Management:

    • Develop and implement rigorous risk management flowcharts and quality assurance protocols to safeguard client operations.
    • Ensure 100% compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements, including the timely acquisition of necessary certifications.
    • Manage the yearly renewal of client contracts through exceptional service delivery and relationship management.

    Leadership & Process Improvement:

    • Drive team performance through structured engagement and KPI management, ensuring your direct reports meet their weekly and monthly objectives.
    • Lead process improvement initiatives monthly to modernize and optimize the Outsourcing Business Unit.
    • Maintain a high client satisfaction score by proactively gathering and responding to feedback.

    Success Milestones: Your First Year
    Within 3 Months: Foundations & Risk Mitigation:

    • Portfolio Audit: Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current staff management structure and portfolios we have.
    • Risk Framework: Develop and implement a robust Risk Management Flowchart to standardize quality assurance across all client sites.
    • SOP Standardization: Review and standardize all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring every workflow, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and exit, is documented, scalable, and followed with 100% precision.
    • BD Integration: Establish a high-sync partnership with the Business Development team to begin identifying client acquisition targets. Collaborate on 5 discovery meetings monthly focused on outsourcing prospects.
    • Team Alignment: Review and stabilize team KPIs, ensuring 100% process compliance.
    • Client & Staff Management: Establish a robust client management rhythm (check-ins, account health scores) and a staff management structure that stabilizes external workforce while aligning internal team roles.

    Within 6 Months: Process Excellence & Market Entry:

    • Process Innovation: Implement at least four distinct process improvement initiatives to streamline the Outsourcing Business Unit’s operations.
    • Portfolio Growth: Hit target milestones for monthly management fee generation and overall project portfolio value.
    • Regional Mapping: Complete a detailed regional mapping exercise to identify high-potential zones for market penetration.
    • Client Satisfaction: Achieve high client satisfaction and feedback response scores through proactive relationship management.
    • Revenue Benchmark: Achieve a milestone of N1.5M in monthly management fees through aggressive sales outreach and portfolio expansion.
    • Staff Portfolio Growth: Drive a 40% month-on-month (m-o-m) increase in the total staff portfolio size.
    • Retention Excellence: Maintain a minimum 80% m-o-m retention rate for existing accounts while scaling at pace.

    Within 1 Year: Regional Authority & Scale:

    • Market Penetration: Successfully execute the regional expansion strategy, securing a sizable market share in newly mapped territories.
    • Portfolio Sustainability: Achieve 100% contract renewal rates across the portfolio and maintain peak productivity metrics for all managed staff.
    • Leadership Impact: Deliver high leadership feedback survey scores from your team, demonstrating a culture of professional development and engagement.
    • Certification: Ensure the acquisition of all relevant professional and organizational certifications required to bolster EISS’s regional authority.

    What We're Looking For
    Professional & Technical Strengths:

    • Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any Social Science discipline.
    • Post-Graduate: A Master’s degree or an MBA is highly preferred given the strategic nature of the role.
    • Experience: At least 5 years of core HR/HR Outsourcing experience, specifically within the FMCG , Manufacturing sectors or Outsourcing Consulting firms.
    • Scale: Proven track record of managing a workforce of at least 500 people, spanning technical, non-technical, and blue-collar roles.
    • Consulting Expertise: Previous leadership experience in an outsourcing firm or HR consultancy is highly preferred.
    • Acumen: Strong financial and commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and manage project budgets.
    • Certification: Being a Chartered Professional (CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is a significant added advantage.

    Leadership & Interpersonal Strengths:

    • Meticulous Detail: You have an uncompromising eye for detail, particularly regarding compliance and reporting.

    • Commercial DNA: You understand the "business of HR"—how to drive revenue, manage management fees, ensure portfolio growth and tailor HR solutions to address client needs.
