As the Key Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring SLA compliance, and coordinating internal teams to deliver projects accurately and on time.

Requirements
B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2 - 4 years' experience as an account officer/manager in a digital marketing agency
Strong client management, communication, and multitasking abilities
Ability to coordinate internal teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Customer-focused mindset with excellent organizational skills.
