As the Key Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring SLA compliance, and coordinating internal teams to deliver projects accurately and on time.
You will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and smooth project execution
Manage client SLAs, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks
Coordinate with internal design, content, strategy, and media teams to meet client expectations

Requirements
B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2 - 4 years' experience as an account officer/manager in a digital marketing agency
Strong client management, communication, and multitasking abilities
Ability to coordinate internal teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Customer-focused mindset with excellent organizational skills.
