Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Junior Recruitment Executive to join our team and play a key role in delivering our recruitment and employee outsourcing services.

What You Will Do

• Drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to placement.
• Identify, screen, and engage top talent.
• Coordinate interviews and successful candidate placements.
• Manage the onboarding and deployment of outsourced employees.
• Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and outsourced staff.
• Keep recruitment pipelines, employee records, and reports up to date.
• Resolve day-to-day recruitment and outsourcing matters efficiently.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment and outsourcing management.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
