Junior Recruiter at Outside Peek

Responsibilities

• Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
• Sourcing of suitable candidates 
• Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate résumés.
• Schedule calls and interviews
• Communicate with candidates promptly 
• Managing the résumé database.
• Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
• Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails, and offfer letters)

Qualifications/Requirements

• BSc in Human Resource or relevant field 
• 2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Experience with tech recruitment is an added advantage 
• Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
• Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems.
• Excellent decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills
