    Junior Marketing & Sales Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the company’s existing product lines, supporting the launch of new products, and driving market penetration.
    • The role involves market research, sales-driven marketing initiatives, and close coordination with overseas suppliers to support business growth and maintain competitive positioning.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and drive sales of the company’s existing product lines across assigned markets.
    • Support and execute the launch of new products, ensuring effective market entry and visibility.
    • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, consumer insights, and emerging industry trends.
    • Develop and recommend actionable marketing strategies aligned with sales and business objectives.
    • Propose strategic initiatives and system improvements to enhance sales and marketing performance.
    • Monitor competitor activities and contribute to sustaining the company’s competitive advantage.
    • Prepare and submit daily activity and performance reports.
    • Maintain close, ongoing collaboration with Chinese suppliers via WeChat or Lark for coordination, updates, and support.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Qualification: NCE, OND
    • 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within any of the following industries:
      • Clothing / Fashion
      • 3C Gadgets
      • Beauty & Skincare
      • Hardware & Building Materials
      • Solar Products
      • Home Appliances
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and research abilities with a results-driven mindset.
    • Ability to work independently and meet sales and marketing targets.
    • Must own a smartphone (Android or iPhone) with WeChat compatibility for work-related communication.

    Compensation Structure

    • Gross Salary: N150,000 gross (Base salary + performance + sales bonus + commission)
    • Performance Pay
    • Tiered Sales Commission.
