Junior HR Officer at Halogen Group

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from job posting to onboarding. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage job postings, applications, and candidate communications
• Source candidates through various channels (social media, job boards, employee referrals)
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews, and skills assessments
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback
• Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and facilitate onboarding
• Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, employment laws, and HR practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office

Nice to Have:

• Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
