Job Summary

• We are looking for a passionate, hardworking, and creative Junior Chef to join our kitchen team.
• The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, support senior chefs, and help maintain high culinary and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Help with ingredient preparation (cutting, marinating, seasoning, portioning, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.
• Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies.

Requirements

• Qualification: NCE/OND
• Previous kitchen or culinary experience is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Must be disciplined, neat, and eager to learn.

Schedule:

• Full-time / Shift-based
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
