 JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Provide technical support to employees. 
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, configure devices and answer users questions 
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls online with the company's policies.
• Resolve networkrelated issues on time
• Support digital marketing tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with IT systems 

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc. in computer science, IT, or any related field from a recognized IT professional school or academy. 
• 1-2 years experience in IT support. 
•  Excellent problemsolving and communication skills 
•  Able to perform tasks assigned by superiors on time.
• Ability to operate and maintain IT desktops, office equipment, common network equipment, office software, routers, and WiFi settings.
