IT & Digital Marketing Officer at HPA Corporate Resourcing

Job Responsibilities
The IT & Digital Marketing Officer will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Develop and maintain IT networks.
• Monitor network performance, optimize server capacity, and secure networks and data.
• Repair network errors at client locations and perform network upgrades. Completely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Marketing, Computer Science or other related courses
• Minimum of 3 years IT andDigital Marketing Experience
• Cloud computing.
• Web design & management (including SEO, SEM.
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• IT governance & information Security.
• Digital Marketing (use of mail chimp etc.).
• Proven experience working in an office environment
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of business management
• The ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
