Procept is recruiting to fill the position of an ISO Standard Auditor, who will ensure compliance with various ISO standards across the organization. This role involves conducting detailed audits, analyzing business processes, identifying areas for non-compliance, and providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while fostering collaboration across departments to maintain ISO certifications.

Job Description

• Develop an audit plan, schedule, and conduct comprehensive audits to assess compliance with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Analyze and review organizational processes to identify gaps, areas of non-conformance, and potential risks.
• Prepare detailed audit reports that document findings, highlighting both areas of compliance and non-compliance, and outline corrective actions needed.
• Ensure the organization's continuous compliance with ISO standards by monitoring ongoing processes, updating relevant documents, and addressing new risks or non-conformities as they arise.
• Engage with internal stakeholders, including department heads, managers, and senior executives, to ensure their understanding and support of ISO compliance initiatives.
• Stay updated on changes in ISO standards and adjust processes accordingly.
• Conduct external audits to maintain certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in auditing ISO standards or quality management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, with the ability to apply them in a business environment.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Proven experience in planning, conducting, and reporting on audits in line with ISO standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and implement effective corrective and preventive action plans.
• A meticulous approach to reviewing processes, documentation, and compliance efforts.
• Proficiency in preparing and managing audit documentation, reports, and follow-up activities to ensure continuous adherence to standards.
