TPO Nigeria, an international organization with operations in the DRC, Uganda, and Nigeria, specializes in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), Child Protection, Education in Emergencies, WASH, Reintegration, Nutrition, and Livelihoods. TPO Nigeria invites all prospective suppliers and service providers to apply for the tender for the provision of Start-Up Kits for Small Scale Businesses.

Subject: Tender for Supply of Start-Up Kits for Small-Scale Business

Purpose of the Call for Tender: The purpose of this tender is to solicit proposals from reliable suppliers for the supply of start-up kits designed to support small-scale business initiatives in Nigeria. The selected supplier(s) will be responsible for delivering high-quality items as specified in the tender document.

Tender Submission: Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Tender for Supply of Start-Up Kits for Small Scale Business" and should include all the documents and information required as per the tender dossier. Late submissions will not be accepted.

2. Content of Response:

   • Company Registration in Nigeria (Corporate Affairs Commission).

   • Tax Identification Number and Current Tax Clearance Certificate for 2023.

   • Bank account details and a letter from the bidder’s bank guaranteeing solvency.

   • Audited financial statements for the last one year (recommended).

   • Completed supplier questionnaire (Appendix A).

   • Completed Items List and Prices

3. Evaluation Criteria:

   • Administrative compliance.

   • Financial Assessment

   • Customer References

   • Technical Capacity

• Costs of Preparing Offers: All costs incurred by the bidder in preparing and submitting the offer are not reimbursable.
• Notification of Selection: Successful bidders will be contacted for the next steps, including signing and respecting TPO Nigeria's terms and conditions.
• Ownership of Offers: TPO Nigeria retains ownership of all offers received.
• Environmental Responsibility: TPO Nigeria is committed to environmental protection and expects suppliers to adhere to sustainable practices.

Quality Assurance:

• Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that the goods delivered meet the agreed quality standards.

Invoicing and Payment:

• Payments will occur within fifteen working days after acceptance of the products by TPO Nigeria's representative.
• All payments will be made by bank transfer in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
