    Investment & Funds Mobilization Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a results-driven Investment & Funds Mobilization Managerto join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing funds from individuals and corporate clients, promoting investment products, and building strong investor relationships.
    • You will play a key role in driving liquidity by mobilizing funds and supporting a financial institution that provides solutions such as working capital, contract finance, lease finance, invoice discounting, personal loans, bridge finance, import duty finance, and loan syndication.

    Key Responsibilities
    Funds Mobilization & Business Development:

    • Mobilize funds from individual and corporate clients to meet liquidity needs
    • Identify and develop new markets and funding sources
    • Drive continuous growth of the client base and investment portfolio
    • Execute cold calling, warm calling, and client acquisition strategies

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors
    • Manage client portfolios to ensure retention and repeat investments
    • Provide tailored investment solutions aligned with client needs

    Investment & Portfolio Support:

    • Recommend profitable investment opportunities for excess liquidity
    • Ensure diversification of funding sources to reduce risk
    • Monitor market trends and provide insights for investment decisions

    Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and management
    • Provide regular updates on fund mobilization performance
    • Prepare reports and presentations for decision-making

    Requirements
    Experience:

    • 3 – 6 years of experience in financial services (preferably in a treasury or market-facing role)
    • Proven track record in fund mobilization, client acquisition, and treasury product sales
    • Experience with cold calling, business development, and client retention

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
    • Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage

    Key Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of financial products and treasury instruments
    • Knowledge of fund mobilization strategies
    • Investment analysis and portfolio diversification skills
    • Strong sales and business development ability
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Relationship management and stakeholder engagement
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • Results-driven with strong target achievement orientation
