Investment Admin Officer at Enviable Transport Limited

JOB PURPOSE

• The Investment Administrator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all investment-related activities within the tricycle financing scheme. The role ensures proper documentation, tracking of investor funds, customer financing records, and overall administrative efficiency of the investment portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate records of all investor contributions and tricycle financing agreements
• Track installment payments and ensure proper reconciliation of accounts
• Manage documentation for customers under the tricycle financing scheme
• Liaise with sales and operations teams to ensure proper onboarding of financed customers
• Prepare periodic reports on investment performance, repayments, and outstanding balances
• Handle investor inquiries and provide timely updates on their investments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
• Support audit processes and ensure proper filing of financial documents

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in admin, finance, or investment-related roles
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and record-keeping
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple records efficiently
