Inventory Officer at One Charming Party

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the inventory storage facility.
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss, damage, and theft.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage procurement of supplies, ensuring timely restocking of essential materials.
• Coordinate with event planners and decorators to fulfill inventory requirements for each project.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all materials and equipment.
• Monitor inventory usage trends and provide reports to management.
• Train and supervise store assistants or inventory staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and storage regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in event planning, decoration, or hospitality sectors.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
