Participate in training sessions, workshops, and courses to develop technical skills and industry knowledge.
Work with experienced professionals to learn about their job duties and best practices
Assist with project tasks, assignments, and initiatives.
Build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration
Provide feedback on training experiences and report on project progress to supervisors.
Participate in warehouse activities like receiving goods, storing products, and picking and packing orders.
Accurately record incoming deliveries, stock transfers, and outgoing shipments into the inventory management system.
Learn to analyze inventory data to identify areas for improvement in stock management strategies. Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock checks to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory to maintain product quality.
Understand and comply with company inventory policies and procedures related to stock control and documentation.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
0 - 2 years of experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and ability to learn inventory management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different departments.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing inventory management practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
