    Inventory Officer

    Summary

    • We are currently recruiting for an Inventory Officer who will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating the movement of goods, and ensuring efficient logistics operations in the Organization.
    • This role involves overseeing inventory control, coordinating shipments, and optimizing the supply chain to meet client demands and minimize costs.
    • The Inventory and Logistics Coordinator works closely with various departments to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods.
    • The Inventory and Logistics Manager supports efforts and oversees record-keeping and reporting requirements.
    • Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular stock counts.
    • Coordinate with various departments to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
    • Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
    • Provide accurate and up-to-date digital and physical inventory records for regular reporting purposes.
    • Plan and schedule the transportation of goods from the warehouse to the final destination.
    • Move equipment and goods between facilities as needed to meet business requirements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency.
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to inventory levels, logistics performance, and supply chain metrics.
    • Utilize inventory management software and other tools to track inventory and logistics activities.

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience in Proven experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
    • Proficient in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
    • Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Salary
    N150,000 Monthly.
