Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Inventory & Logistics Manager to oversee inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination across its Lagos and Ibadan operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient stock management, seamless distribution processes, and cost-effective logistics operations that support overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee inventory planning, stock control, and warehouse management processes across locations.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while preventing shortages or overstocking.
Implement and maintain accurate inventory tracking and reporting systems.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.
Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Optimize logistics routes and processes to reduce operational costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements relating to inventory and logistics.
Prepare inventory and logistics performance reports for management review.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
