International Student & Immigration Services Advisor at Zinchi International

Zinchi International, a leading international student recruitment and immigration facilitation company in Abuja, Nigeria, is seeking an experienced and dynamic International Student & Immigration Services Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients by providing advisory services to international students and facilitating immigration services for those who want to study or work abroad. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving high-quality results, be customer-focused, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory services to international students on study options, application processes, and cultural integration.
• Facilitate the immigration process for clients who want to study or work abroad, including preparing and submitting applications, coordinating with relevant  authorities, and providing advice on visa requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with changes to immigration laws and regulations to ensure that clients receive the most accurate and current advice.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and colleges to facilitate student recruitment and enrollment.
• Promote our services to potential clients through various channels, including social media, events, and outreach programs.
• Coordinate with travel agencies to provide support to clients on travel arrangements, including flight bookings, airport pick-up, and accommodation arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, services provided, and fees collected.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure clients receive a seamless and positive experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international student recruitment and immigration facilitation services.
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations and experience in handling various visa applications.
• Strong knowledge of International Education, admission procedures, documentation etc
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required.

• Meeting or exceeding monthly targets for international student recruitment and immigration services.
• Timely and accurate completion of client applications and other required documents.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and services provided.
