International Sales Manager at The Candel FZE

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager to join our team and oversee our operations in Francophone West & Central Africa.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills in both French and English, and a deep understanding of the market in Francophone West and Central Africa.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the target countries.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA will be a plus.
• Proven experience in international sales, with a focus on the Francophone West and Central African market.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in both French and English.
• Knowledge of cultural nuances and business practices in Francophone Africa.
• Ability to travel frequently within the region.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptability to different cultures and working environments.
• Should be not more than 45 years
