Job Description

• Advise prospective international students on suitable programs and application steps.
• Support the full application process, from inquiry to securing admission.
• Guide admitted students with accommodation and settling-in resources.
• Drive student recruitment across global markets and meet monthly enrollment targets.
• Coordinate and support virtual/on-site career and education events.
• Conduct market research to inform outreach and engagement strategy
• Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell to existing clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of customer success strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Track key metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular reports to management on customer success performance.
