International Market Development & Growth Lead at iRecruiters Africa Limited

Job Objectives:

• This role will seek to drive the growth of the organization impact across different African countries with focus on strategic partnership with institutions in government, corporates and development agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and impact of the Foundations intervention and programs across Africa.
• Identify and develop international markets for the Group’s broad range of services and lines of businesses.
• Establish business transactions, partnerships and growth opportunities outside Nigeria, particularly across Africa.
• Develop and execute strategies to enter and grow in international markets.
• Lead expansion efforts and the drive for foreign exchange generation across lines of businesses for the Group and its subsidiaries.

Requirements

• First degree in any of the Social Sciences or Business management fields.
• MBA will be an added advantage
• 8+ years work experience in international market development space.
• Proven networking and strategic partnership experience in private, government and developmental space
• Must have a strong international exposure and well knowledgeable of the African continent
• Solid relationship management skills
• Must be a well-travelled person in Africa
• Must be flexible and willing to travel at short-notice
