Roles And Responsibilities

Successful applicant would be required to assist the Coordinator in:

• Performing oversight on Accounting, Human Resource/Admin, Logistics, and Procurement  operations.
• Conducting spot-checks on transactions and operations at regular interval.
• Creating PowerPoint presentation as may be delegated by the Coordinator.
• Vouching and clearing of designated documents
• Enforcing compliance with GPON’s internal policies
• Enforcing Compliance with Donors’ policies
• Taking minutes of meetings from important  meetings as may be assigned by the coordinator and designing action plan
• Updating the risk register from time to time upon getting confirmation and approval from the coordinator
• Participating in all external audit assignments
• Perform day-to-day audit work for all audit phases in accordance with GAAS.
• Collaborating with GPON field offices across the BAY states to address their concerns.
• Reporting all audit findings to the Coordinator
• Putting controls in place to checkmate potential frauds
• Carrying out other duties as may be assigned by the Coordinator
