    Intermediate HR Officer

    Requirements

    • Manage recruitment and præesses
    • Maintain and update accurate records and HR databases
    • Develop and implement HR policies and and HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and reports
    • Lead performance management processes, training programs, and staff developrnent initiatives
    • Drive empbyee engagement and Overzee welfare programs
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field
    • 3 — 5 years of progressive HR experience
    • Solid of HR functions and labor laws
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is an added advantage.
