Responsibilities
Evaluating referrals
Completing referral assessments
Verify that documentation is completed appropriately. If not, communicate with the Primary Care Physician. Verify physician will sign all documentation and document in the summary section of Referral Assessment
Data entry into system
Communicate with Marketing Liaison to confirm/deny admission of clients
Able to make judgement calls on patient care
Requirements
Medical School Graduate
Tech savvy and Must own home computer
Experience with EMR system
Medical writing; Developing educational material; Literature searches; Continuing Medical Education; Community outreach; Public Relations
Desire to provide the utmost in patient-centered care
Ability to: multi-task in a busy clinical environment; handle a vast amount & variety of responsibilities; improvise and adapt; work in a team; follow directions and implement feedback to improve job performance
