Information Technology Support Officer

Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Support Officer at Bon Voyage Travel Nigeria.
- The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers and printers.
- The officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, resolving technical issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- This role is primarily based in Lagos, with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Information Technology and desktop computers
- At least 3 years of IT experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
