The IT Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing network and system administration, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bank's IT infrastructure.
The role includes monitoring and maintaining computer systems, installing and configuring hardware and software, and managing backups and data recovery processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
Experience in cloud solutions, infrastructure and Network Administration
System Administration skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are a plus.
