Role Overview

We are hiring an Influencer Outreach Specialist to build and manage relationships with influencers and creators across Africa. You will be responsible for identifying the right partners, negotiating collaborations, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact for our clients and brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify influencers across different niches and platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and creators.
• Negotiate partnerships and collaborations that align with campaign goals.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from start to finish, including content approvals and reporting.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI and engagement.
• Stay updated on influencer trends, platform updates, and new talent.

Requirements

• Experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or talent management.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, agile environment.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network of influencers is a plus.
• Experience managing influencer campaigns for a brand or agency.
