Role Description
You will support the growth and visibility of the brand by:

• Managing influencer relationships, community engagement and nurturing partnerships.
• Coordinating events to amplify the brand's presence.
• Identifying and executing media opportunities that align with the brand's values.

What You’ll Be Doing
Influencer Partnerships and Community:

• Managing and executing TSL’s influencer partnerships, product seeding strategy, and community engagement efforts.
• Identifying and collaborating with influencers aligned with TSL’s brands, curating tailored gifting packages, and tracking campaign performance.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and loyal customers to expand the TSL community.
• Engaging with the online community across social media platforms
• Creating opportunities for community connection through events, contests, and activations to foster loyalty and brand advocacy.
• Monitoring and analyzing community feedback and campaign performance to inform strategies and share insights with the team.

Event Coordination:

• Planning and executing brand events such as product launches, community and influencer meetups, and press days.
• Coordinating post-event follow-ups, such as thank-you notes and social media engagement.

Media Opportunities:

• Researching and identifying media opportunities to spotlight TSL’s brand.
• Coordinating press kit creation, product seeding, and outreach to editors and journalists.
• Ensuring coverage in relevant publications, blogs, and platforms.

Administrative and Organizational Support:

• Maintaining a gifting calendar and tracking all shipments to influencers and media contacts.
• Managing budgets for gifting, events, and PR activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Providing detailed reports on influencer and PR campaign performance.

Market Research and Trend Analysis:

• Staying informed about industry trends, influencer strategies, and media shifts to enhance TSL’s PR efforts.
• Identifying seasonal and cultural moments that align with gifting and media campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Equivalent experience may substitute.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in Social media marketing, Influencer marketing, event coordination, or public relations.
• Familiarity with influencer ecosystems and best practices in gifting and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of event planning and media outreach processes.
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation software.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the beauty, e-commerce, or lifestyle industries.
• Background in social media management or influencer relations.
• Event planning certification or similar training.
• Ability to create visually appealing gifting packages and presentations.
