In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) Supervisor at Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a diligent and experienced In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) Supervisor to oversee quality compliance during production. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to GMP, monitor in-process checks, manage line clearance, and uphold quality standards across all manufacturing stages.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring and inspection of production processes at all stages of production.
• To prepare the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and reports on process control activities.
• Monitor and assess product quality by inspecting manufacturing and packaging operations, batch documents, and provide advice during manufacturing operations.
• Daily trending of quality data and updating on Oracle ERP
• Carry out sampling of intermediate/bulk products and finished products
• Collection of retention samples from production. Reconciliation and transfer of the retained samples to the retention sample room, ensuring they are stored until their shelf life has expired.
• Routine water sampling for production activities
• Product reconciliation, analysis of composite sample, and transfer of laboratory reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• BSc/HND in Sciences
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing preferably pharmaceutical

• Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements
• Analytical Skills in Problem solving, Risk assessment, and Process analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office and Data analysis skills
• Attention to detail and Documentation skills
• Team Collaboration and Communication
