Role Description

• This is an on-site full-time role located in Lagos for a Human Resources Specialist.
• The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, and handling personnel management activities.
• The role also involves ensuring compliance with HR regulations, addressing employee-related issues, and supporting recruitment processes.
• The specialist will play a key role in fostering a positive and productive work environment at Auldon Toys.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive employee relations
• Knowledge of labor law and best HR practices applicable in Nigeria
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
