• Rosettee Construction is in search of a qualified and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team.
• We are looking for an individual with a solid background in managing human resources functions, with a specific focus on development and implementation of HR strategies..
• The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping a positive working environment, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring legal compliance in all HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with our overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
• Maintain our pay plan and benefits program. Assess training needs, develop, and monitor training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Facilitate continuous training and professional development for staff to foster a culture of growth and learning.

Requirements

• Proven working experience of at least 2 years as an HR officer.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Confident with sound judgment.
• Candidate must reside around Ikeja, Ketu, Ojota, Oshodi, and its environs.
