Human Resources Officer at PG Consulting Limited

The services of a Brilliant, Competent and Computer savvy Human Resources Officer is required to support the HR department of a medium fast-growing establishment in the industrial goods sector.

Support areas will include Compensation and Benefit, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Welfare.

Qualifications:

• First Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management or related fields.
• 3-7 years’ cognate experience in Human Resources.
• Certification in HR is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of HR Principles and Practices.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal Relationships across junior and senior cadres.
• Integrity, Professionalism, and Confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS office suite (Intermediate Excel compulsory).
