• You proactively support operation managers and staff as the first point of contact for any HR queries

• You maintain personnel records to ensure accurate information is available at all times
• You undertake the on-boarding of new recruits including preparing relevant documentation
• You support all HR administrative processes such as attendance, leave and employee wellbeing
• You help promote a professional and friending working environment
• You act in accordance with food and agro products policies, processes, and procedures
• You deliver assigned duties as may be required.
