Human Resources Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
Requirements
- Must be certified of the Chartered Institute of Personal Management
- Must have at least 5yrs experience of HR Management in an industrial environment
- Must have an experience in the management of a large workforce of 500 workers and above
- Must have an experience in massive recruitment
- Must be well versed in Nigeria Labour Law and all other applicable rules and directives
- Must have an experience in conflict resolution, grievance procedure
- Must know the standard HS&E guidelines.
Qualifications:
- HND/BSC in the relevant field
