    Human Resources Officer

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team.
    • The successful candidate will develop and implement HR initiatives, foster positive employee relations, and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws.

    Key Responsibilities:

    HR Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Conduct needs assessments and analyze HR metrics.

    Recruitment and Talent Management:

    • Oversee recruitment processes.
    • Develop and implement talent development programs.

    Employee Relations:

    • Foster positive employee relations.
    • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.

    Benefits and Compensation:

    • Administer benefits and compensation programs.
    • Conduct market analyses.

    Performance Management:

    • Develop and implement performance management systems.
    • Conduct performance evaluations.

    Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
    • Maintain HR records.

    Training and Development:

    • Develop and implement training programs.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness.

    Communication:

    • Communicate HR policies and procedures.
    • Develop HR-related documentation.

    Requirements:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

    Experience:

    • 2+ years of HR management experience.

    Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Proficient in HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
    • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
    • Desirable Qualifications:
    • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM is an added advantage).
    • Experience with recruitment software.
    • Familiarity with performance management systems.
