Human Resources Officer at Harvest Feed and Agro Processing Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with HR regulations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Manage payroll, attendance, and leave administration
• Handle employee relations and performance management issues
• Assist in staff training and development programs
• Support management in organizational development initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role (experience in manufacturing or agro-processing is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
