• Counselling and Managing Claims.
• Monitoring Performance and Providing Training.
• Programs for Professional Development.
• Administer Federal and State Labour laws.
• Sanitation in the Workplace.
• Administration of Labour Mediation - Employee Meetings.
• Employee Morale and Retention.
• Employee grieviance management.
• Conducting of employee off-boarding, etc.

Requirements

• A BSc / MSc in Human Resources Management.
• A certification in HRM.
• At least 2 years practice as a HR Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational, leadership, and teamworking skills.
