Lead the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives.
Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes including workforce planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Maintain oversight of employee records, attendance, and performance management systems; ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, training programs, performance reviews, and development planning in collaboration with department leads.
Administer staff welfare, compensation, benefits, and health and safety policies, ensuring equitable and compliant implementation.
Serve as a strategic advisor and point of contact on HR-related matters including conflict resolution, employee relations, and organizational development.
Monitor and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover, retention, engagement, and absenteeism, delivering insights and recommendations to leadership.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR regulatory standards, and internal policies through audits, documentation, and training.
Champion a positive work culture by leading recognition programs, employee events, and culture-building initiatives.
Coordinate payroll processes and work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR compliance standards, and contemporary HR practices.
Proficiency in HR systems such as BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar HRIS platforms.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Demonstrated strength in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) strongly preferred.
