Human Resources Manager at Lohi Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and organizational policies
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Provide legal advice on employment contracts, labor law compliance, and workplace disputes
• Collaborate with legal counsel on complex employee-related legal matters when required
• Draft and review HR-related legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR and legal matters
• Promote a positive and inclusive work culture
• Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field including Law and Industrial relations
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR management with a focus on legal compliance
• Proven experience in taking minutes of meetings with high attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS.
• Legal certifications or membership with a recognized bar association is an added advantage
