    Human Resources Manager

    JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
    • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.

    Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, addressing issues and resolving conflicts.
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.

    Performance Management:

    • Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting performance standards, conducting reviews, and providing feedback.
    • Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
    • Assist in identifying training and development needs and opportunities for employees.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary, bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
    • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

    Policy Development and Compliance:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

    Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
    • Develop and implement leadership development programs and succession planning strategies.
    • Support career development initiatives and opportunities for employees.

    HR Strategy and Planning:

    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals.
    • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
