Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the gold trading industry.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably within the trading or commodities sector.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
