Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
• The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, overseeing the onboarding process, managing payroll and benefits programs, and fostering a positive work environment.
• The Human Resources Manager will also handle conflict resolution, provide support for employee development, and ensure alignment with company policies and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Human Resources Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
• Performance Management, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Development skills
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance
• Proficiency in Payroll and Benefits Programs Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Lagos State, Nigeria
• Experience using Zoho People, Trello would be a bonus.
