    Human Resources Manager

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Recruitment and Hiring.
    • Training and Development.
    • Employer-Employee Relations.
    • Maintaining Company Culture.
    • Managing Employee Benefits.
    • Creating a Safe Working Environment.
    • Handling Disciplinary Actions

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline.
    • 7 - 10 years’ experience required.
    • Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage
    • Between 45 - 50 years of age
    • Residence of Ibadan and environs most preferred
