    Production Engineer

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for supervising and improving production in the Company
    • Responsible for drawing up safety protocols
    • Ensuring quality work is done in an efficient manner
    • Should be able to diagnose problems in the production line and recommend solutions
    • Establish safety procedures and protocols that take the staff well-being into consideration

    Education and Experience

    • B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or other related field.
    • Minimum of four (4) years experience in the engineering field.

    • Should have a good understanding of MS Office applications
    • Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations in the industry

    Logistics Officer

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for providing logistic support and overseeing the overall logistic processes of the company
    • Responsible for tracking, receiving and stocking all items ordered.
    • Ensuring materials are appropriately stored
    • Program the final inventory of materials prior to shipment.
    • Manage and maintain inventory to operating levels.
    • Manage repairs of all equipment.

    Education and Experience

    • B.Sc in related fields such as Supply Chain Management, Transportation or Business Administration.
    • Minimum of three (3) years experience in logistics or supply chain management tasks required.
    • Between the ages of 28 - 40 years.
    • A good understanding of logistics operations and practices.
    • Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations in the industry.

    Accountant

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensure that the financial transactions of the Bank are accurately captured, classified, and posted with
    • relevant approvals and coding instructions.
    • Receivables Management.
    • Payables Management.
    • Perform regular reviews of the ledgers and other books of entries and ensure relevant reconciliations.
    • Ensure confidentiality and safe keeping of accounting records and documents.
    • Adhere to financial and accounting control procedures of the Bank.
    • Carry out monthly Tax Returns (PAYE, VAT, Withholding Tax e.t.c.).

    Education and Experience

    • Accounting Degree or equivalent.
    • Minimum of three (3) years experience required.
    • Not less than 28 years of age.
    • Knowledge of applicable tax laws, codes and regulations in the industry.
    • Working knowledge and experience of an accounting software / ERP.
    • Membership of ICAN will be an added advantage.

    Key Competencies:

    • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
    • Experience with keeping financial records
    • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
    • Excellent accounting software use
    • Active, smart and catches up quickly
    • High level of Integrity and Honesty
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Possession of Microfinance Bank certification(MCP) or any relevant professional certificate will be an
    • added advantage.
    • Ability to prepare monthly returns for Microfinance Bank.
    • Proven skill in computer operation
    • Ability to deliver on the job.
    • Knowledge of Microfinance Bank operation.

    • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
    • Experience with keeping financial records
    • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
    • Excellent accounting software use
    • Active, smart and catches up quickly
    • High level of Integrity and Honesty
    • Law Firm experience is a must.
