Human Resources Manager at First Excelsia

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to drive a positive workplace culture.
• The HR Manager will be responsible for coordinating all HR-related activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals, as well as identifying the opportunities for growth and expansion through business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, implementation of learning and development strategies, and employee relations
• Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
• Maintain the organization's structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
• Evaluate and monitor training programs to ensure key metrics are achieved and address issues affecting recruitment processes
• Optimize talent management processes for operational efficiency and consistency
• Identify training needs for business units and provide executive coaching as necessary
• Ensure confidentiality of personnel information and compliance with privacy regulations
• Drive initiatives for organizational growth through effective business development strategies
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements
• Monitor and implement applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Stay updated on trends in employment legislation and best practices in talent management
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Person Specification:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Officer, business development experience is an added advantage
• Membership in at least one relevant professional body is required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proven data management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
