Role Description

• Our client is currently recruiting to fill the role of a Human Resources Manager in their Port Harcourt office.
• The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
• This is an on-site role located in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years' experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and stakeholders
• Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, PHRi) are a plus
