Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly competent and proactive HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in Human Resources Management and will be responsible for overseeing and driving all HR functions in alignment with the company’s goals. The role requires someone capable of managing a workforce of over 150 employees, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee training programs.
• Oversee performance management and appraisal systems.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and maintain up-to-date HR policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR management, preferably om the fashion, retail, or manufacturing sector
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Membership of a professional HR body (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
