Job Description

• Plan and coordinate the administrative functions of the Company.
• Maintain adequate records and information of all employees in the Company.
• Organize the employee recruitment process and preparation of all employment contracts.
• Monitor all HR strategies, tactics and procedures.
• Ensure all payrolls are processed correctly and promptly.
• Mediating on grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
• Appraisal /Performance management.

Qualifications /Skills

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Humanities or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years cognate experience in management HR role (worked in a pharmaceutical company an added advantage).
• Professional certification in human resource from reputable HR bodies such as CIPM, CIPD etc.
• Efficient in the use of Microsoft tools, excel, word and power point.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Great interpersonal skill.
