    Human Resources Intern

    Position Overview

    • Are you passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in HR Management and job board management? We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Backend Personnel specializing in job board management and HR services activities.
    • This role involves assisting with job placements, recruitment, seeking advertisement placements on the job board, and engaging with employers and recruiters. While this internship is unpaid, it provides valuable knowledge and experience in the field.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with job placements by reviewing job listings, coordinating with employers and job seekers, and ensuring timely updates on the job board.
    • Seek advertisement placements on the job board by reaching out to potential advertisers, negotiating terms, and managing advertisement schedules.
    • Engage with employers and recruiters to understand their hiring needs, provide assistance with job postings, and facilitate communication between parties.
    • Maintain accurate records of job listings, advertisements, and communications with employers and recruiters.
    • Demonstrate excellent follow-up skills to ensure timely responses and resolutions to inquiries and requests.
    • Utilize strong writing and communication skills to craft compelling messages, job postings, and advertisement pitches.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Enthusiasm for learning and gaining practical experience in job board management and backend operations.
    • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related discipline.
