    Human Resources (HR) Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
    • Handle performance management and training
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in HR, Business Administration, or related field
    • 3 – 5 years of HR experience
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws.
